How are your services free?

Disney® and the other destinations we work with pay Once Upon A Wish Travel to help plan out the most magical vacation possible within your budget. We book your vacation directly with Disney® or whatever the travel destination may be and work closely with you and to make it the dream vacation you deserve. There is no overhead charge for you whatsoever to use our expert services.

Are there obligations or contracts?

Booking your vacation with Once Upon A Wish Travel has no contractual obligations beyond the original terms and conditions of the destination where you are traveling. The deposit, final payment, and cancellation policies are entirely per Disney® or the destination in question.

What makes your agents Disney experts?

Our agents have had extensive experience and continue to vacation to all the Disney® destinations as well as other amazing places. We pride ourselves on being Disney vacation nerds! Beyond that, our agents are required to pass courses created by Disney, Universal, and other vacation destinations and we stay on top of the latest news, happenings, and experiences in this constantly-changing industry. The food, the rides, the little known gems, and special experiences - we talk about it, experience it, live it, and pass our wealth of knowledge into planning your very own unforgettable experiences.

I already have a vacation with Disney or Universal booked! Can you still help?

Maybe, probably, we hope so! Contact us and we’ll do all the work to find out. Heck, with a little bit of luck we may even find a discount too!

Do I lose control of my own reservation if I use your agency?

Absolutely not! Our services range from simple advice and sounding boards for seasoned Disney vacationers to planning out all the details guided by input from you. Your vacation package is yours and yours alone; we are just guests helping where and when it’s wanted.

Do you reward referrals?

WE. LOVE. REFERRALS. Truth be told, referrals and word of mouth will forever remain the most important component of our business. We love referrals so much that every time you send a friend, family, neighbor, coworker, or even your most vile enemies our way, we will reward you with a $20 gift card to your favorite shopping destinations when the referred person or family has traveled. Send five unrelated referrals our way? Get $100. Make sure the person or family you send our way informs us of your kind deeds!

What are all the destinations you can help plan & book?

Our first love is Disney® destination vacations and Universal Resorts, and we were at one point exclusive to planning for those destinations, but we still travel all over the world and after feedback from clients who appreciate our services, we now book hundreds of destinations! From all inclusive vacations to Mexico to various cruise lines such as Norwegian® - we have experienced it, love it, and can help make those vacation dreams come true too. But if you find us comparing other places to Disney, just roll with it. :)

Can you help plan large groups or special occasions?

But of course! Weddings, family reunions, or whatever your occasion is! The more the magical-er! We will link families plans together in My Disney experience, coordinate all dining & fastpass experiences, and tailor park itineraries to meet every family's make up.

Do you book flights as well?

In some cases it may make sense to bundle airline tickets with your vacation package. In other cases, it either may not make sense or won't be an option. We are always making the best decisions on your behalf and will keep you informed throughout the entire process on what we can and should do in the planning & booking process to help make your vacation just right.

I love planning Disney vacations! How can I join your team?

If you have had recent & extensive vacation experience to Walt Disney World® Resort, Disneyland® Resort and/or Disney Cruise Line and have a desire to help other people plan unforgettable, magical vacations you may have a place among our team!

We are looking for people who have had at least 2 Disney vacations in the past 7 years with either Disney Cruise Line®, Walt Disney World® Resort, or Disneyland® Resort. We are seeking individuals that are self-driven, motivated, professional but in a fun way, organized, and great communicators.
